Headlight and Taillight

We received our 2 Ebikes, we absolutely love them. Now the headlight and tailight are not working on both bikes. Is there a switch or setting to turn on.

I can only suggest what I found on my Ariel Rider C-class. The LCD display is supposed to turn on the headlight. When it didn't, I asked tech support, who pointed out that there is also a switch on the headlight itself. Not so on the tail light, however. It shares the switch in the display with the head light (both come on at the same time).

Should be an on/off on your display.

As an example, some Espin models have a switch on the rear of the headlight unit, so you need both the display light indication on plus the headlight itself. Good luck finding a quick resolution.
