has anyone else changed their battery lock to match keys?

I did this after we bought our e tandem with two batteries. my bulls bike I bought a new Abus battery lock and then bought 4 locks so both bikes were keyed alike and all our locks for them and my garage lock so I only had one key to carry . so the first thing after buying my trek I found out what lock they used then ordered a keyed alike lock to match the rest of my locks. it will take a month or so to get the new lock. its a lot cheaper changing the battery lock then a Abus lock you already have. plus you don't have as many choices on locks that can be keyed alike. they charge 30.00 each order so plan well and buy everything you need at one time. here is where to go

got the lock pretty fast and my mechanic changed it out. they are a bit tricky. but now I have 4 batteries with the same key three bike locks and my garage all use the same key. they always come with two keys and now have something
