Handlebars - Riser vs Sweptback

I am aware that when ordering an e-bike from Ride1up the frame dictates what handlebar one gets. So there is no way of getting the "cafe" style sweptback with the XR order? Since I believe only the ST frames come with swept back handlebar.
My main criteria is upright seating position.

My 700 came with an ajustable stem and this can help to rise and bring back the bars for a more upright position. I prefer that look to the swept back.

Your 700 is a ST frame?

XR Bought last year... later last summer they started shipping with the fixed stem. I believe they went back to adjustables. They keep changing features from one batch to the next.

If Im not mistaken the only one with the handlebars I was referring is to is only on the 500 ST model currently. Zooming in the pic, it has an adjustment to adjust handlebar .
