Green Bike Kit no "Anna" response

I ordered a Bafang Ultra barebones motor from GreenBikeKit back on 8-12-12 and have not gotten any response from the company on status.
I purchased some motor gaskets a couple of months ago from them and got confirmation info from "Anna" and recieved the items in a couple of weeks which was fine. So I sent "Anna" an additional request for an update on my order on 9-6-21 and have heard Zero, Nada, Nothing.
Credit card was of course charged but not getting any response. Go the GBK website and it won't let me leave any "Contact Us" info and when checking status on my order# I all I get is "Processing"

Kinda feeling something might be not good. Anyone have any dealings with this company in the recent past?
 
My orders always just turn up out of the blue with GBK no dispatch or confirmation or tracking..

Your always in the dark with GBK but your order WILL turn up. Eventually. Just try to forget about it
 
Now I feel better........... Eh it's only $643.14 what's to worry about.....
 
Anna has been very reliable.
I think the concern here is that this change is a recent development.
If she's not answering business correspondence, I'm not sure stalking her on social media would be different.
 
Dont do facebook. Trying to contact anyone on the greenBikeKit won't process through on my computer. Don't know if it's a website issue or ? My CC company is on it so I guess I'll look somewhere else for a spare back-up motor. Not a big deal just surprised as I had dealt with the company previously and all was bueno.

Daxxie555 I never got those reply's. Could not even get a "contact us" to go through. Nothing in my spam folder. Maybe will try again and verify they have my correct e-mail address.
How did you get this info?
 
I rechecked my spam folder again and saw a reply from GBK when I placed my original order on 8-12-21. Never saw it it just went to SPAM. It showed my original order but then they asked for additional info. They wanted to know if I wanted a 48v or 52v motor and also if I wanted CAN or UART connector. I specifically selected these when I ordered on their site, maybe I didn't select ENTER or something. I also remember getting a few calls from "China" but no voice message and just thought they were "suspect" anyway, live and learn. I recieved past e-mails direct to my in-box when I ordered some G510 gaskets earlier this year so not sure why it would go to the Spam folder. Anyway Daxxie thanks for the assist. My CC company has already credited me back my original purchase so I guess I might try again and check all my coms for any reply's.
Again this wasn't a slam on the company just a hiccup in the ordering process that I wasn't aware of. All good.
