Just learned that the apparel and accessories part of Gore will be closed

For context, while Gorewear the apparel brand is closing, Gore-Tex is a patented product licensed to clothing brands. Presumably this won’t affect gore-tex liners in boots and rain gear from other outdoor brands

Sad news for brand-loyal EU customers, 40 years is a decent run. I like our US equivalent Showers Pass and would be disappointed to see it go.
