Your reply solidifies why I posted. Here is the only good info I could find on this bike.

My wife and I are in our fifties (uugh) and can only ride our hybrid bikes about 12 miles without calling it a day. We would like to be be able to ride longer and further and get the same exersice, pedaling, without breaking the bank. Plus we would like a well made bike instead of converting our current bikes. This bike looks like what we want but I want more info before pulling the trigger on over $2k.

I see what you mean, there is so much information absent from their web page. Component specs? When I saw your post I had googled the bike and nothing!
A funny-strange thought... At first reading of your topic I thought it may be a used bike, 2009. That's got nothing to do with anything. Seeing their web page I now know it's a new bike
I would need to know more before pulling that trigger too. I wish I could help. Good luck on your research! Maybe call them, can't hurt.
