GoCycle Best Way to Deter Thieves

Just got a GoCycle GX. It has an on/off switch but no key. Other than a chain of some sort, is there a clever way to disable it, to stop the opportunistic thief?

Most Ebikes can be powered up without a key. The key that came with my Voltbike Bravo is for removing the battery only. You should be using a chain and lock to secure your bike to a fixed object at the bare minimum...or someone can just pedal it away regardless if its powered.
