Does the Giant RIDEDASH Plus have an auto pause function for stopping at a coffee break or do I have to shut down and restart for the ride home?

Good question! I assume it just stops if the bike is powered off - the manual is VERY basic and has almost no info in it!

Has anyone actually got one of these units & can report on it?

The RideDash Plus is only A$100, and the Garmin Edge 130 seems to be the cheapest alternative at A$250

It is even not guaranteed the 130 will work with a Giant e-bike to the full capacity. The 530 does. Same as Wahoo ELEMNT Bolt v2.
