Giant Fathom 2019 E-3 Engine Problem

Hi, just brought a new FathomE-3 , it’s done nearly 100 k’s on roads not tracks , and I felt as the crank was jumping a tooth every few pedals , took it into shop and they replaced cassette , and was still doing it , back in shop and now they found a problem with motor , there replacing motor with new one ... anyone else have a engine issue with Fathom e-3 ? Love the bike , it’s amazing ... but I hope it doesn’t happen again .. after warranty runs out , I’ll be up for a fortune ..

Found out issue .... Giant changed my motor for a new one ... which didn’t fix problem .. but then found chain was stuffed , a few links were stiff as , 2nd , derailleur was out of line ... it was grabbing on 7 8 9 gears and making engine jump a tooth so it doesn’t lock up ... so got new motor , new chain , derailleur fixed and all good now ... thanks Giant
