Gazelle Ultimate T10+ front wheel Thru axle

The front wheel Thru axle of my bike is damaged. I broke a couple of 2 plastic pieces. (I know, pretty dumb of me).
Any ideas of the part number or size and where to buy it?
I believe is the SR Suntour Thru Axle 15x100 mm but not sure.
I have contacted the bike shop but they have not responded yet.
