Gander Outdoors Now Selling E-Bikes

The former Gander Mountain stores, now Gander Outdoors are offering ebikes. I have no connection to either, I was a customer of the former for several decades. I don't know if there is an in store display of bikes, but two ebikes are being offered on the store website.

First is a Bosch Active Plus powered Fuji hybrid bike with 400 Wh battery pack for the price of $2249. Four sizes available.

The other bike offered is a nice looking step through bike by Tuesday Cycles. Hub drive with downtube mounted 417 Wh battery pack. Price $1079.10

Like most non cycling chain stores the limited specs listed aren't going to wow the EBR members, hence the links to the brand pages where the full specs can be viewed. These two bikes are listed well below MSRP. Certainly worth considering, given the brands that back the bikes. These aren't generic online bikes.

More evidence ebikes are getting more mainstream here in North America.
