Gain Battery Issue

So I have a 2018 Orbea Gain graveler D19. Recently purchased a range extender and have 3 rides under the belt with it. Following the last ride my IWOC is flashing pink meaning there's some error. Is this common? One forum poster stated it was indicating a firmware upgrade required. Is this something a customer can do at home? Experience?

What is the error? You can read it on the Orbea app. Dealer only firmware update. I had my extender battery replaced, and when the new one is depleted, it flashes the pink light. I have to turn the system off and back on to clear it.

tienes que actualizar el sotware de la bateria de la bicicleta, eso lo hace el distribuidor o que te den una nueva bateria extender.
