Bumping this thread because the bike I imagined was very close to what Kevin designed with the Prodigy - the big sticking point was the suspension, which he has finally done away with on the road oriented models. The battery is a bit smaller than I suggested (and he himself here mentions 500wh as sufficient, which is what's in the Prodigy).
