Front thru axle with lever

I have a 2022 Turbo Como 4 and would like a front thru axle with a handle/lever but can't find a 15x100 with a tapered washer. Does the washer need to be tapered? Any help would be appreciated.

15x100 is a standard MTB fit for non boost. You will also need to know you pitch thread, which is how far the threads are apart. On the Creo for example the pitch thread is 1.0 (ie 1mm apart)
