As in tilting ,yes! The Nossilu Cargo, $3k in Japan. It even has a 180w geared-hub motor, but that can be fixed.

In this link is a video of the three models of the Noslisus running through a course of cones, unloaded and loaded. I wish I knew what they're saying but the audio is Japanese. My interest is in the longer cargo machine. They seem to all turn well.

I contacted Kawasaki and this was their reply:
"Thank you for contacting Kawasaki Customer Care. That ebike is not currently being offered here in the US. We appreciate your enthusiasm for it and will note your interest for future product consideration."
Sad news, I know. It looks like I will need to find something else to obsess about, and I can tell you, it ain't going to be politics.
