There was a 2 "x 2" slip of paper that advised to insert a washer between the brake assembly and the frame. Which I did. When the LBS adjusted the front brake for rubbing, he removed the washer and told me I had assembled it incorrectly. I didn't question the decision because he got the rub to stop. Just wonder why R1U went to the trouble to insert the instruction and provide the xtra washers?
