Frey vs Biketrix

I am looking to buy a full suspension step thru e bike. The top two contenders seem to be Frey and Biketrix. Since both of these end up being online purchases I thought I would ask about the quality of the bike and the customer support of the company. Any insights or personal experiences are very appreciated!

I haven’t owned either personally, but from what I’ve seen people generally rate Frey highly for build quality and value, while Biketrix tends to get more praise for customer support and easier post-purchase service. If support and peace of mind matter more, I’d lean Biketrix; if getting more bike for the money matters more
