Fixing loss of range on enviolo

Hello everyone,
My enviolo shifter on Priority Current no longer goes to the lowest gear. Is there an easy way to fix this?

Enviolo has a few videos on their site. One shows how to reset the range on the hub.

All it should be is an issue with the shift cables adjustment. Probably has some stretch. It is kind of a peculiar adjustment, and if it isn't set right you lose some range. No gears in it.

If I remember correctly, you line up the dots on the hub with the bike in third gear

Sorry, that’ adjustment is for the 5 speed hub that mine had
