Lets say you cleaned the garage today (It's 65 degrees today!) and you have a JackRabbit OG and a RadRunner 2 that just get in the way. They haven't been ridden in awhile but are both in good shape. Thrift stores here don't take ebike donations and my local ebike shop doesn't do consignments on these ebike brands. I don't do FaceBook and I don't feel like playing with Craigs List or Offer Up. I'd take $200 on the JackRabbit and $400 on the Rad. BUT if someone legitly needed cheap transportation I'd give them away. I know not to bother with my friend (Past thread on his nonsense.) so that's off the table. I'll post pictures later. Any ideas welcome.

My dumb side says keep the JackRabbit as its small and light even though it rarely gets ridden.

Neither ebike is over 2 years old max. The batteries have been cycled, just not all the time. Maybe once every 2 months. Anyways, pics!

There is probably a charity that will take them. We donated analog bikes to a shelter so clients can get to jobs.

I know that you don't want to deal with classifieds, but at those prices, you will have a line of people wanting them. It's a few days of hassle for $600 and space in your garage.

maybe find a friend or family member who uses facebook and put them on marketplace, you should be able to sell them real quick and throw the friend some cash for their help. my brother sold his lectric to someone for nearly what he paid after a year or two and the person didn't drive for whatever reason and was absolutely thrilled to have that bike with a front basket and rear rack and get it for a fair price.

I feel your pain, cant even give them away at times a good realistic bike shop can usually help if they are willing( not always the case) don't think I will ever buy a two wheeler again,(definitely not on craigslist to try to sell) its a shame these very things are sometimes the "gateway" to a very satisfying experience.

Finding the bikes a home got even better. This purge is part of getting a "One and done." ebike. So how did it get better? We put my wife's little pick-up in the shop right before the holidays. Got it back and haven't been able to drive it. It has a horrible oil leak now! The shop is closed till the New Year but I know the problem will get corrected. It's too much trouble to cram the Rad and the JackRabbit in my Honda Fit. I have 2 friends on the case now for re-homing the ebikes.

Another thing if I give them them away. I don't really want to see them again. I'm not in any way offering to fix them should something go wrong. I learned this the hard way with that friend I tried helping out. I've gotten to a point in life where my time is worth more to me now. I'm not wasting my life fixing stuff for lazy or dumb people. YouTube exist for a reason with any how-to someone will ever need. I also don't wanna know if the ebikes get stolen or sold for drugs. Or crashed. I learned that lesson with a Ford Ranger I sold for cheap to help someones idiot kid out.
