Final request for issue; Lights stay on after bike is turned off on ST1 Platinum

Hi, I have had the bike at the dealership several times for this issue and they claim to have replaced the control unit, the front and back lights supporting wiering etc as well as the motor due to the NO_COM message also occured. But despite all this replacements front led (upper part) of the front light still is on, as well as the back light after I turn off the bike. I need to take out the battery to shut them off. And when I put the battery in again the lights go on, before I turn on the bike.
The dealership complains about Stromer support.
I suspect there must be a connection issue or software.
But it first occured after the front light had a minor impact with another object.
I have been offered to return and get the money back but I like the bike and was hoping anyone following this forum might have some experience relevant to this issue.
Thx
JP

Hmm, you may have the B&M front light on your ST1.

Isn't there a switch (like on my E3) on the light itself? These ST1 which I had seen, have all this separate switch for the light, independent of the state of the bike.

Hi, thx for your reply,
I have attached a photo of the front light.
Do not seem to be any on/off switch.
It is the lower part of the light that goes on as soon as I connect the battery and after I switch off the bike.
But I have discovered that there are some blinking when I connect the battery and today I got the NO_BATT error message. The control unit is on, but the there is no motor effect and the error message blinks.
So maybe there are some lose connections under the battery connectors.
Need to get the dealership to investigate.
Anyway, still thankful for any suggestions ;)
Thx

Indeed, it's a B&M with the daytime light - this one: https://www.bumm.de/de/produkte/dynamo-scheinwerfer/produkt/1742qrtsndi.html?

On the backside, it must have a switch for the lighting modes.

NO_BATT is not necessarily a "real" error, sometimes it helps to ride a few 100m to overcome the message.

BTW: Stromer with spikes are rare birds - but this does emphasise the reputation a all weather commuter bike

I don't know what's wrong with your light but I had a no batt message and it was just a loose connection to the motor in the back
