I'm 5"4" and I travel alone in my truck camper with my two dogs. I am looking for an ebike that I can travel to town and the store here at home but when I'm traveling or going to the forest here I can do some gravel roads and maybe some easy trails. I've looked at the Bulls Cross Lite and also the Haibike Xduro 3.0 and I can't make up my mind on which would be better. I camp on a lot of BLM land and forest service roads that do not have pavement. Help!

A couple of questions: (1) what is your budget? (2) will you need to lift the bike? and (3) will you have the bike on a rack or in the camper?
One observation I would make is that a lot of bike shops (even ones that don't sell e-bikes) are getting certified to service and repair Bosch mid-drive systems, so if you are traveling around and need repairs from a local bike shop a Bosch system might well a good bet.
If weight and money weren't any issue, I'd recommend one of the Riese and Muller ebikes.

It is specifically designed for women and the store can fit it with rear rack. The reach, standover height, etc are deigned for women.
The knobby tires can handle light off road and still perform well on road.

Take a look at the Ohm Sport. Great for trails, strong motor, 90 mile range and superb lighting. And its 3995.

Excellent recommendation by Ravi (as the men's version is one of my top choices for an all-arounder).
Debbie - You'll love that CX motor on hills. It should be noted that bike can be fitted with a rear rack and with lights (would obviously increase the price). And with Bontrager there would be no problem finding accessories/bags etc. So if you inquire with a Trek dealer, you should ask them about the ability to add lighting that runs off of the Bosch system. I asked at my Trek dealer on the men's version and they felt it would be an easy add. I think they mentioned the M99 Pure Supernova.

Agree with Ravi on the tires. I camp on BLM land in Arizona, deserts, and the 2.25-2.4 inch knobby handles most surfaces. You can fit a 2.25 tire to a fair number of bikes, but that's the way I would go. You could look at folding fat tire bikes like the Rad Mini. It's a pretty good concept and the bikes are fairly low cost. There are several kicking around.
