I have been looking at this bike and been in touch with their reps in China looking to import one to Sydney where we have a lot of steep hills. While I would love some of the more expensive E-Cargo Bikes that are out there - I simply cannot afford the $5-7,000 I would need to spend on an R&M or a Yuba.
I want a bike that can carry two kids on the back to and from the beach which includes a steep hill (very steep - think San Fran) on the way home.
The standard model comes with a 750w battery.
I wondered if anyone has looked at this bike in detail (I saw the review on-line but it was not done with 100lbs of kids on the back). And if so what your opinion was of how this bikes would do for short trips, with heavy loads going up steep hills and conversely the brake capability to have about 220LBS going down steep hills.
Any insights are appreciated.
Finally, I would also look at attchinga surfboard rack and wondered had anyone tried that.
