Engine maps on the ebikemotion

I am confused. I am an e-bike newbie, and I have just bought a Bianchi Impulso E-Alload with ebikemotion iwoc button.
it has 4 modes : Off, Green, Orange, Red. thats understood.

Now the ebikemotion app lets me edit the assistance of each level. (Engine Maps in settings)

Question: if I leave each level at 100% does that mean they all have they same level of assistance? i.e. Green=Orange=Red ??
Or does that mean I get 100% of Green (slight assist) and 100% of Orange ( more assist) and 100% of Red. (lots of assist)?

Or do have to set the levels to reflect the assist? so: Green=30%, Orange=66% and Red = 100% ?

the documentation is scant.

mode 1 green at 100% gives 100 watts, mode 2 orange at 100% gives 175 watts and mode 3 red at 100% gives 250 watts, if you put mode 1 at 30% it gives 30% of 100 watts that is 30 watts, mode 2 at 66% gives 66% of 175 watts that is 115 watts and mode 3 red at 100% gives 250 watts, if you vary the assistance ratio is what I have set, if you put mode 1 green to the 50% gives you 50 watts I hope you understand.
