Electric trike front powered is easiest, but weight displacement is the issue.

I got my 2nd trike electrified recently. It’s an older model dual seater, side by side. Got a beefy 1000w hub and 20ah battery. The issue is: all the weight is on the back, and I want to even add a 3rd seat there. It seems the way it’s set up, putting the hub on one of the rear tires is prohibitive. Anyone have any advice here?
Maybe someone welded braces to displace weight to the front. I dunno.
