Electric scooter trend?

Everyone I know who has a electric kick scooter talks about the Roadrunner. I'm shocked I have yet to see one in the wild. I've seen a ONYX RCR and a Fido in person but never one of these Roadrunners. The improved Pro version will hit 50mph for around $3000! I'm not gonna lie, I would LOVE to ride either the base or Pro model, the Tronic version seems overkill though.
50mph with small wheels and mechanical brakes. sounds real fun.

Look closely! You'll see the brakes are hydraulic calipers that are cable actuated! I tried to find the review of the RoadRunner to link because someone found the front fork tubes moving around in the forks. Not just up and down over bumps, around as well. Like crap quality Wally World low end mountain bikes. The company that sells these RoadRunners has a more miss than hit reputation for quality and customer service as well. Again, I'm still shocked I haven't seen one in person though. I'd risk my life for a test ride!

oh ya those things that I bet are almost impossible to bleed if they get contaminated.

What I see is a lot of people NOT getting any actual exercise. I mean, sure their muscles get little micro isometric exercise from maintaining balance, but really, people need more exercise not less.
