I have two Elby bikes bought new at the same time about two years ago. Yesterday when putting one of the fully charged batteries in one bike it showed as fully charged on the screen, runs the lights and the screen but does not run the motor. I grabbed the other battery and all was well. It did this once before but I just removed the battery and put it back in making sure it was property in place and then it worked. But this time no matter what I do it will not power the motor. Any ideas? Thanks.
