I’ve been seeing a lot more riders talk about the EBMX X-9000 V2 controller kit lately, especially for Sur-Ron builds, and it seems like one of the biggest upgrades people are using for serious performance gains.
From what I’ve read, the throttle response, torque delivery, and tuning options completely transform the bike compared to the stock setup. At the same time, I’m curious about how practical it is for everyday trail riding versus full performance-focused builds.

I recently checked out a few X-9000 V2 setups and some of the acceleration and customization people are getting from these builds look seriously impressive. Interested to hear real experiences, recommended settings, and whether you think the upgrade is truly worth it over other controller options.

- Was the power increase immediately noticeable?
- How difficult was the installation and tuning process?
- Did it affect battery life or reliability?
- Is it better suited for racing builds or all-around riding?
