Ebike won't work help

Hi so Ive been riding it down the street normally and suddenly it doesn't work srsly pissed the model is Alfawise x1 went to get it checked and the parts are all working so we had no clue what could have happened to it here is a video of me pissed explaining whats wrong with it

Does the speedometer show zero when the throttle is off?

Does the wheel spin forward and backward with no change in resistance?

Your video is kind of short, but it sound like the motor is turning inside the wheel, while the wheel is stationary. If this is a geared motor, the clutch broke or the greares melted.

Nothing melted and nothing broke and yeah I can ride it normally without any issues
