Ebike specific Chain

don't waste your money, i stick a shimano xt chain on with no issues. i tend to change chain every 6 months due to mileage i do.
Me2 ! If I have the correct part number it looks like a KMC replacement chain costs $20 on Amazon. Some chain lube costs that much.

I have KMC X10e EPT EcoProteq and it has worked well.
If you're using a mid-drive, regular maintenance really helps. The degreaser and the lubricant you use, matters a lot.

Finding the referenced "KMC X10e EPT EcoProteq" for approx $37.50US which seems like it would serve the purpose of durability/longevity. The non-ebike versions are only $10-$15 dollars less. I think I would opt for the e-rated versions considering the savings is minimal IMO.

Just received the chain from "The BikeSmiths" in Milwaukee Wisc. Highly recommended. Now off to my LBS for the winter tune-up special which they will also throw in the chain install. Not sure if I am at 0.75 on the stretch, but I want to be prepared in case one is needed. ;)

Let us know how this works out. I think you should be able to get 2000+ miles on the E-bike specific chain.
