I may make a trip to Italy next year, and was looking online for ebike rentals. I only found a few sites that listed pricing, but it seems very high. Looking at various online sources, it seems that I can rent a car for as little as 15-20 euros per day, while an ebike is at least 2-3 times as much. What's up with that?
Can anyone recommend a less expensive ebike rental company? I'm planning on being mostly in Perugia, but it would be nice to be able to rent an ebike if I travel to other places in Italy.
I'd take my Gocycle, but getting the lithium battery shipped is difficult, and shipping the Gocycle itself may be pricey.
