Ebike rack

Very good price, and the great thing about Costco is it's easy to return if you don't like it.
If I didn't already have a heavy-duty ebike rack I'd order one of these.

I did a quick search for the Kilimanjaro Hitch Mounted E-Bike rack for a manufacturer's website and any YouTube reviews and couldn't find anything. This rack might be too new for long term reliability reviews, replacement parts, and options for upgrades?

It looks like a vague copy of a Thule Easy Fold. If it’s any good that’s a great price.

I'm looking for a ebike rack with a ramp capable of carrying 2 Lectric XP3.0 bikes. Willing to spend $300-500 and would like it rated for 200#. Any suggestions?
Thanks

It appears to be a fairly close copy of a Hollywood rack, at half the price; apparently the cracking, and in some cases, the catastrophic failure of welds is the reason for the recall.

We have had the Hollywood mounted to our vehicle since July, we use it to carry our two, 65+ pound bikes. To date, we have been very happy with the performance; some of the reasons:
- The ramp makes loading/unloading a breeze;
- The tightening mechanism of the rack to the 2" receiver eliminates wobble, vibration, and chatter;
- The rack locks to the receiver, and the support arms which attach to the bike are lockable with the same key;
- When not being used, the rack can be folded vertically, greatly reducing its extension behind the vehicle;
- the rack can be pivoted, while loaded, to allow access to vehicles with a rear-hatch, like our Subaru Outback;
- The support arm, and the three straps which hold the bike wheels to the rack, do an excellent job of securing the bikes, allowing minimal movement.

The rack is pricey, in the range of a Thule, but its 150-pound (68-kg) load rating, ease of use, and secure attachment are worth it for us.

Oh, and it also handles wide tires, we had to retire our old platform rack when I purchased my Bulls Step-thru this year.

I have had 2 of these racks and they are rock solid. I had the 2 inch double until I sold my SUV and now have the 1.25 Single for my EV Kona. You may pay a few more bucks but the peace of mind is worth it.

I also went with a Hollywood rack and very happy with the product for all the reasons that McApple shared. I too am routinely carrying two ebikes. The engineering that went into the rack is impressive.
