Ebike delivery is usa ... Gotta luv it

UPS has been using this method across the pond for awhile. Park the big truck in a central spot and do deliveries out of it with these. I live in Portland and will look out for them.

JRA ... Let us know if you see this ... Capture a pic if you can to post ....

Tks, B

This is one in England which has a similar climate to Portland. It looks much easier to manage to me in that it has less frontal and side area and thus less of a handful in the wind, which usually accompanies rain here. Get the carriers a decent set of rain gear and they should be fine.

I personally think that this makes more sense in that the main truck can have the bike aboard and park in a central location and routes spoke from there. It could also be used in conjunction with a truck that is making deliveries and could work with it to make deliveries in the tighter sections of town.

The fact that those UPS ones are 1000lbs fully loaded is a lot of mass and it is wider than the DHL bike as shown so harder to maneuver.

I agree ... Having lived in coastal areas with alot of on shore wind ... Mayhem could occur ... Glad to see .. even tho it's self promotion some thought is going into it ...
