Ebike B.C.

A month ago, I ordered a front wheel 36v 350w kit with a battery, on ebay from Ebike B.C. It was delivered in 5 days and was easy to install. I did have a little trouble with the off-on switch it appeared to stop working. I contacted Ebike B.C. and they were very helpful and told me I was switching it to fast, to give it 3 or 4 seconds between switching the battery off and on works every time now. The motor has some good power and I tested it up the hills around here, not real long but steep hills and there was no problem. I think this will make a good starter kit for the wife at $949.00 with shipping I think it was a good deal. When and if she need it I will buy one of their bigger 48v 500w rear wheel kit.

Nice work, @Phil! What bike did you put the original kit on? Have you had the opportunity to put many miles on it in the month since you installed the kit? When you do, please let everyone know your long term experience. Plus...a few pics of the bike and where you ride are always appreciated :)

Thank you Ann M. I put it on a Autobike it's a auto shift 6 speed mountain bike. I only test drove it. I made it for my wife, she rides it to work and to the stores this month maybe 10 or 15 miles and she love it. We are getting old and the legs are not like they were 20 years ago. I have one picture of the bike and will take some more later. IMGP3981.JPG

Thanks for the pic, Phil! It's always great to see a bike get some new life along with it's rider. Hope your wife enjoys many happy miles on the converted Autobike.
