eAhora bike

Bought this for my so, mentally disabled related to injuries.
This ever so sturdy bike fell.
Broke item that hold the seat, kick stand just broke and down it went.
Brake handle broke as.well.
In sufficient, inaccurate response from both Amazon and Eahora
Request for even parts manual was botched.
Fear they don't have one and bike remains useless.
No refund want film of the bike, my is unable to do it

Eehora is a brand covered by the site. Only one post on the known defects thread, but having a headtube nut not tightened down is a MAJOR safety hazard. Glad you were not injured in your accident. Don't ride an Eahora with a possible loose head tube nut, and check any brand you intend to buy on the brand threads on this website for known problems & defects.
Film of a product is a problem these days. I don't have such a device and as long as the ****ese have 2 million uigers locked up, I won't be buying one.
There are a lot of bike dealers in Florida. Crazy Lennie is a poster here and a usually nice guy. The big 4 are Giant, Trek, Pedego, Specialized. They got big by having good product. Suggest you put your zip code in the box on the main page and let the dealer selector show you where they are. You need a dealer for anything new you buy, to preform warrenty maintenance. It will cost more than an Amazon special, except you might actually be able to use the product.

I don't buy from Amazon anymore. Their "warrenty" is a figment of the imagination. And their shipping is twice what it cost from UPS or USPS. I don't NEED same day delivery, I'm sure not paying for it. Nor are their drivers as professional as the UPS ones. Scary as Fed Ex in the first decade. I've NEVER bought a Domino's pizza for that reason, being chased around the parking lot as a pedestrian.
