I bought a Merida ebike in Nov 2017 & after 6 weeks & 900kms got the E10 error followed by the E20 error, stopping the engine, this happened on & off for a few days I took bike back to retailer & they ran it though diagnostics but nothing showed, eventually after weeks of recurring trouble they replaced wire from battery to engine. All was good for another 3 months &?another 850kms then it happened again. This time they have replaced the battery but I am not confident the issue has been solved. An ebike should not require such action every 800kms! Has anyone else had on going issues? Cheers Jen
