Does regen work on both front and back brakes?

Noticed that regen doesn’t appear to work when front brake is used. Works on rear brake. Is this correct, or is something awry on my bike? Elby support has gone silent. I’m a little worried that the company has some larger issues. Any info?

Thanks. I guess I knew that, if I had thought about it for more than a few seconds. It’s also mentioned in the owner’s manual, which I just re—read.
