Does a crank-forward, folding, electric bike exist?

In my research I haven't found a CRANK-FORWARD, FOLDING electric bicycle. Does such a thing exist? Step-through desirable and light-weight would be a plus because I need to be able to load it into my car on my own.

Do you mean a recumbent folding trike or bike, or an upright crank forward folding design? You might also consider an S & S coupled recumbent that can separate in two parts eg Rans is on this list http://www.sandsmachine.com/fbplist.htm

Something like the Townie Go! The Townie Go! 5i Step-Thru would be perfect if it were folding.

Gocycles have a forward crank design - the seatpost is in a lean back angle. Expensive but good quality folding ebike.

If you don't find a bike that fits your needs in stock form you can buy a laid back seatpost. I put one on a couple of my wife's bikes. The one I got is 27.2mm seatpost diameter so I had to buy seatpost shims to properly fit the seatpost in her bikes with larger diameter seatpost tubes.
