Aaaah "Hakim", such a lovely, vintage bike. Unfortunately their vision of ebike without battery was not embraced by many riders.
Since then the brand merged with Karim batteries and established the luxury brand "Hakim & Karim" ebikes.

If the owner had registered the ebike for warranty and most likely he or she did that, with a SN check , it can be brought back to it’s owner.

A simple email with more detailed pics can get the SN and the poster email or phone.
If someone is within the vicinity that location It will be worth trying.
