Do dealers ever discount from MSRP?

I am looking at a few different cruisers and am wondering if dealers ever sell for less than MSRP like car dealerships.

At least some do. Both of my wife's bikes were discounted $200 off MSRP. Additionally, several dealers have clearance sales during the year or when new models come out.

@SKC, almost every dealer sells for less than MSRP and they all have clearance, year end or demo bike sales and some might be open to a little negotiating. Check with your local ebike dealers and focus on what bike feels right to you and has the features you want, the service that's offered, then worry about the price. Most dealers also offer reasonable financing options which is another way to get the ebike you really want. As a 16 year veteran of the ebike business, this is how it works.
