Display Doesn't Work

We just received our Lectric XP on Wed. Great value for 899! There is one issue, however. The display shows 0 for mph and odometer also doesn't advance. Bike runs fine. Called customer service. They helped me trouble shoot. He had me unplug and reconnect speedboat wire and display wire. This didn't fix it though. So they are sending me a new display. Just curious if anyone has heard of this issue.

I give Lectric high marks for their customer service. There are always glltches that need to be worked out in the beginning.

First report I've seen of a display not working. Hope they get it fixed for you.

That one is only rated for 350 watts though... You're on the right track....

Update to this thread. I had the same issue with my XP when I received it. Turned out to be the white wire on the controller was never connected to the motors white wire. I don't think it was ever connected from the factory. Anyway my problem was solved once the two ends were pieced together. Cheers.
