Di2 on Creo Comp Carbon

Anyone put a Di2 system on their Creo Comp Carbon?

Ballpark cost?

Easy or difficult?

Is it DIY or would a bike shop have to do it?
 
I assume you mean a SL Creo Comp Carbon since the SL 2 Comp has SRAM eTap and your are trying to go 12spd. Bettershifting.com is an excellent resource for all things Di2. He has an article Building a 12-Speed Di2 Road/Gravel Bike - components and wiring that gives a great overview. It depends on skill level as to easy or difficult and you have to open/bleed the brake system to replace the shifter levers. On my Creo Expert, the Di2 battery was in the top tube behind the TCU. At this time, SRAM eTap is a much easier to install conversion. The SRAM components mix and match between MTB and Road. A shop may be more expensive but they should readily know which parts are required. I would expect it's somewhere about 1.5k USD to convert depending on where you source the parts. Unfortunately the best prices are in Europe but they can't ship to the US. A SRAM eTap mullet build is closer to 1k. Shop labor is extra.

To be honest with you, I just bought my Creo and aren’t even sure how many gears it’s got.

My wife and I went for a ride with some friends and my wife traded bikes for about 10 miles and got to try out a Creo Expert and loves the Di2. She’s never seen that before. We’re looking for a Creo for my wife now and want to know more about the Di2 or SRAM eTap systems. I’ll talk to my LBS, we’ve bought several bikes from them and went to high school with the manager 45 years ago so I trust them.

I have Di2 on my road bike and think it's great.
As mentioned above eTap may be easier for a conversion.
Di2 is wired. eTap is wireless.

I've been using Di2 for the last ten years and when I got my 2021 Creo I had to go to the Expert model to get the Di2. Recently I got the bare bones Creo 2 E5 as a second bike and converted it to eletronic shifting. I went with SRAM because it was the least expensive conversion and it's all wireless. I decided to convert my Creo SL Expert from Di2 to eTap so that I would just have one shifting pattern to remember when I switch between bikes and I had found a good deal on an OEM SRAM mullet groupset.
