the noise is very obvious when the rear wheel is spinning slowly, but no noise when it’s in full speed (0:26 onward)

I just replaced my tire, and there’s no debris in the back wheel, any tips on what could this be?

Sounds like the "dork disc", that plastic disc behind the large cassette cog is rubbing on the back side of the cog? Remove the cassette and take it off. If you derailleur is adjusted properly, good videos on how on utube, it is not necessary.

Oh, i thought it’s something inside the wheel. Ok, i ll google “dork disc”, thanks for the tip

You can just try and wiggle that plastic disc behind the largest cog and see if it is loose first. If it is it probably is the culprit.

Sounds like a bit of metal in the rim cavity, maybe a lost nipple when the wheel was built or some bit of rim extrusion floating about..
