Is there a way to have at least 2 speeds or even 3 speeds on Daymak dirt bikes or EM1

I would remove the pedals and the cranks first and replace them with footpegs for your own safety.

I need at least 2different speeds because I ride in the bush where it is extremely rough, mountain bike trail.
The other speed is for the road and the city

I can't seem to get Dayak Drive App V7.0 to work, I connect with my controller because I can play music but I cannot do anything else.
Is there a place to enter the user name in that app?
