Currie Technologies Warranty/Service

As some of you may know, we are in the process of purchasing our second IZIP bike (Dash and now Peak) with the idea of switching back and forth during my wife and I's newfound 'quality time' together on the trail. On Saturday, the FedEx lady dropped off some warrantied parts for our Dash that our local dealer is eager to switch out.

I am writing this to simply point out what you may have guessed already and that is we are very impressed with how we have been taken care of to date both on this site and direct from Currie. Frankly, I did not expect much from selecting at the price point that we did. I am a realist when it comes to new releases and/or the latest technologies. Beating up fledgling companies who thankfully choose to take these risks while doing their best with critical shipments originating from halfway around the world doesn't seem to be the trend on this forum. We basically invested another couple thousand in this other bike due to Court, the members of this forum and Currie Technologies...period.

Thanks to all that made this decision an easy one for a couple who evidently got bit by the ebike bug hard as it turned out.

Even though I did not ultimately go with a Currie, I once used the "chat" feature on their website with a customer service representative. He would have answered my questions in more than sufficient detail all day long. If it wasn't for a bad/inaccurate Amazon description, I wouldn't have had to send my Trailz Commuter back and I would be riding a Currie right now! They are a lagging a bit in the folding category but they seem to have some super options in other categories!

PS - You are spot on about Court. Without his review page, I wouldn't have known how many more options there were for me. He basically chose my new bike for me. (Even though it hasn't arrived yet!)
