Creeking Noise?

I have a three wheel trike I built! It is making a very strange creeking noise, from the back end? When I lift the bike and spin the wheels no noise at all! When I ride it is when it occurs?
I converted to electric.
It has two batteries mounted on the back of the bike! along with the carrier, that came with the bike.
I cant see any place where it moght be rubbing or hitting, it just makes this weird creeking noise, drives me nits!

What is the bike? Please show a photo or two. What is the preciosity of the creaking noise? Is it associated with the speed of pedaling or the rotation of the wheels? It is toward the front, center, or rear?
