Contact Rad?

Rad in Vancouver has been good answering my questions and called me yesterday to discuss options for me although I’m still unsure.

Will there city bikes get me up a hill or at least help me? I’m quite heavy. The bike is heavy. Without testing the bike I guess I won’t know.

They are moving there showroom but not until the Fall. I might wait. Thanks

Late in the day on Thursday, after I posted here, RAD confirmed my bike has shipped, due to arrive this upcoming Tuesday. This was a frustrating process, but they finally came through in the end.
