Companies that make the best components

I thought the results were interesting and I do agree with several of these. Some brands are losing traction, while others are gaining market share...
What do you think?

It would be interesting to see how these brands map out in terms of actual or perceived value. For example, I can agree that I like Magura brakes, but paying $27 for a set of pads gets a little old when you ride as much as I do.

The only category ranking I'd probably disagree with is the Forks. I feel RockShox has a much larger range of forks and accessibility to service supplies and documentation is more accessible.
 
Interesting, but some very good makers are missing. Kind of surprising. Who were the riders polled? Wheels really miss the mark, IMO. Motors really miss the mark. While technically advanced not remotely DIY friendly. This forum is really not DIY centric. If it were the list would be VERY different. Not a criticism, just an observation. Your build, without looking again, doesn’t follow this list? Or maybe my memory fails.
 
Would of liked to see Yamaha in the motors section. Perhaps they need some time to become popular on more E-bikes.
