Como 4.0 Clunking in 10th gear

We have two Como 4.0 bikes that are less than a month old 200 and 300 miles. When riding in 10th gear both bike will make a clunking noise like the bike wants to chage gears. The issue is intermittent but will happen if you stay in that gear. The short term answer is to avoid that gear and we have an appointment next week at the bike shop. I did a search and found where other people have posted the same issue on the Vado model with 10 speeds. Some have had gears replaced others the whole drive system and the problem came back. Is anyone else having this problem?

Almost certainly, this is the same problem that many have posted about and that I experienced: wear on the smallest sprocket. If you're using Turbo you'll be in this gear a lot - it wears out fast. You can have your LBS replace it, or buy a chain whip and a new sprocket and fix it yourself in 10 minutes. The one thing is tho, my LBS didn't think the sprocket was the problem - they thought it was the derailleur /shrug. But these forums knew better.
