Class 3 e-bike for long-distance trekking?

Hi everyone, I'm looking for recommendations for a class 3 e-bike that I could use for long-distance travel. I have replaced my car with standard bicycles and bike everywhere, but for long-distance trips I have no good options beyond either a car or bikepacking/bike-touring at a much slower pace. I'm wondering if there are any class 3 e-bike options that would permit me to travel 100-200 miles in a day with about 200 watts of my own output, and without having to stop multiple times for charging. Are there any bikes like this?

You can do that with Vado 5.0 if you are really fit. My brother could do it. I wouldn't. You would need to decrease the assistance to some 15/15% in Mission Control to be able to do it. You can also buy a spare 604 Wh battery and carry it in a good pannier. I was making 75 miles in such setup. Would do more but my backside doesn't agree with me

My issue is that I can do a century on a standard bike, but I'm looking for something that lets me do a century more easily with more gear so that I can do more long-distance touring.

They are dropping a lot of models, but I ride a class 3 2016 Haibike Trekking with the Bosch mid drive. Wonderful bike, will turn over the 5,000 mile mark this week. At 68 I don't have the legs anymore to put in a 100 mile ride on Eco mode, so would need a second battery. Their new models have the range extender for the distance, but not sure what the class 3 status is for 2021.

100-200 miles is pushing the envelope. Factors such as weight (including gear), wind and terrain are gong to be the big issues for battery life regardless of you pedal input. I have yet to see an ebike meet your milage requirements on one charge. Will be interesting to see if there is such an animal.

I know that some current bikes are beginning to do this. The Delfast Prime can apparently go 230 miles on a charge. But I don't think it's Pedelec, which is what I'm really searching for.

I've hardly ever trust battery range estimates, especially Delfast. With no third party certification and no parameters published how they came up with the range numbers, it's too hard to believe. I could get 500 miles on a 400wh battery pack if I only rode at 5mph, and shut the motor off 99% of the time, and started at the top of the continental divide. Oh yeah, and have a 75 pound kid do the riding. Delfast is too quick to also publish those high speed numbers and show them in their videos. And oh yeah, we can go 45mph and get 230 mile range. But they don't say that can happen on the same ride.
