Hi All!
I live in Northern Westchester NY which can be very steep and hilly! Space is always a premium so I'm thinking mini. I'm 5'9 165 (75 kg). I'm not commuting to work so looking to do bike paths and other trails and of course street....getting to the library - post office - takeout etc very important....not even sure if any of this is legal in my area haha - anyone know?

hydraulic brakes- as I mentioned - very hilly and steep area of the county. Inclines of up to 1200 feet or more possible. of course, I don't expect to go up 1200 feet at once...or can I?
robust chain guide/guard to protect
puncture resistance tires -possible to do "after-market" correct?
Motor inhibitors on the brakes - think that's pretty standard now...
Budget - as close to $1500.00 as possible.
Nice to have
sealed Candance sensors
rack
lights
bottle boss
fenders - don't want to deal with spray if possible
